EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

ETS offers returns and refunds for any reason within 5 days of receiving your order, provided that all items are returned in their original condition as delivered. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

EXCHANGE MY ORDER

Customers may request an exchange for full-price items within 5 days from the delivery date. Exchanges are only applicable for items with incorrect sizing or those with manufacturing defects/errors. We take great care in preparing and packaging each order to minimize any issues related to craftsmanship or shipping damage.

For sizing-related exchanges, items must be returned in the same condition as received. Products must remain unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with all original tags, packaging, and invoice included. We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
For defective items, please contact us at empire@etsofficial.com to request a replacement. Kindly provide clear photo evidence of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
