Shipping Information

SHIPPING INFORMATION: 

We ship Express worldwide. All packages are insured with a tracking number at a flat rate listed below:

Vietnam : $2-$5 ( normal - express shipping ) 

Outside Vietnam : $35-$50 ( varies for each country ) - DHL express

We offer complimentary priority shipping on all orders above $300 including customs duties and taxes (read 'DUTIES & TAXES' below). Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order automatically at checkout.

DELIVERY PERIOD:

Please allow up to 1-2 business days to process your order. Orders above 500$ may take additional 1-3 business days for the customs declaration.

Once the package is scanned out of our warehouse, the estimated delivery period is around 5-7 days depending on each country.

The delivery period is an estimate and is not guaranteed. We will always aim to deliver your goods within the estimated delivery period, however, please take into account external issues that may arise outside of our control. 

If you suspect your package is delayed, lost or stolen, please contact empire@etsofficial.com with any supporting information so that we can best assist you.

DUTIES & TAXES:

All duties and taxes are not included in the final price at checkout. This means that you might have to pay for your country taxes when receiving the package. ( Around $15-$25 depending on each country)
