EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The price is not including country's tax.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery to empire@etsofficial.com
Please outline your name, order number and returning item(s) in the email. Once the return request is open, the item(s) must be sent to us immediately.
For the return to be accepted, the item(s) must be:
– In its original condition; unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed and undamaged. Undergarments/briefs are non-refundable.
– No missing accessories such as logo details.
– Original tags, garment bags and/or product packaging must be intact.
– Items that were purchased on sale or during special promotions are not eligible for return.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to change an item, please follow the return process and make a new purchase for the desired item(s).
For customers located in HCM City, we offer direct services at our offices during our business hours. For customers not located in HCM City, please contact empire@etsofficial.com and we will provide you with the necessary documentation and DHL return shipping label at your request. Please note that if you have accepted an international return shipping label from us, the fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
